Hi all,
I have a customer with Outlook 2013, and when opening one of two profiles, Outlook hangs on "Processing". Outlook is opening Exchange accounts. This problem occurs most of the time, but not all of the time. I tried opening Outlook in Safe Mode, and the problem goes away. I cleared all the Add-ins from loading, and Outlook still gets stuck on "Processing" when not opening in Safe Mode.
Since Outlook will open reliably with another profile, I created a new profile, with the email account in the profile that gets stuck on "Processing". Outlook still gets stuck with the new profile.
I ran a full Online Repair, and there was no change.
I reviewed the Event Log for Windows Applications, and there were no entries for Outlook.
Outlook opens reliably on other computers with the same email accounts.
Anyone have any other ideas?
